Phaze

Changelog

Enforced policies: limit one connected client

Organization admins can now let only one client connect to a host at a time, for every computer in the organization. Other clients cannot connect until the current client disconnects. Find it in the Enforced Policies section of the organization’s Settings page. Computers must run Phaze 0.12.0 or later.

Sortable table columns

Tables throughout the dashboard can now be sorted by clicking a column header.

Rename computers

Computers can now be renamed from the Computers page or from a computer’s detail page.

Enforced policies: maximum bit rate

Organization admins can choose a limit for the maximum bit rate of the stream from the host to the client, across all computers in the organization. Supported on Phaze 0.9.1 and later.

Enforced policies: block USB passthrough

Organization admins can now stop USB devices on a client from being passed through to the host, for every computer in the organization. Find it in the Enforced Policies section of the organization’s Settings page. Computers must run Phaze 0.9.0 or later.

Enforced policies: privacy mode

Organization admins can now enforce Privacy Mode on every computer in the organization. Privacy Mode blanks the host’s displays, mutes its audio, and locks it when the client disconnects. Computers must run Phaze 0.8.2 or later.

Enforced policies: clipboard

Organization admins can now control copy and paste between client and host for every computer in the organization, from the new Enforced Policies section of the organization’s Settings page. You can allow it, block it, or block only copying from the host to the client. Hosts must run Phaze 0.8.1 or later to enforce the policy.

Multiple single sign-on providers

Enterprises can now connect more than one single sign-on identity provider.

Audit log

The new Audit Log page shows security events for your enterprise such as user logins and role changes. The full list of events tracked is available in the help docs.

SCIM group mappings

Enterprises that use directory sync now have a SCIM Mappings page. Map each directory group to an enterprise role, to organizations (each with a role), and to groups inside those organizations. When you turn on SCIM Mappings in Settings, Phaze manages memberships and roles from your directory. Memberships that your directory manages show “Managed by SCIM mappings” and cannot be edited in the admin panel.

API keys

Create API keys for the Phaze Enterprise API in your Enterprise’s Settings page. You can also rename, expire, and delete keys.
