Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost per person and per device?
Phaze is free until people in your organization star making connections. We do not charge you to install the software, and we don’t charge a platform fee per user. You only pay when people use it.
How is the capped price calculated?
Phaze wants to give you certainty over the maximum price you will pay for your heaviest users. If a person uses Phaze for more than 100 hours in a month, we stop counting their hours and bill you $20 for their usage during that month.
Do you offer discounts for commitments?
Yes. If you make an annual commitment on Phaze usage, your rate will be discounted. Please today.

Can I start testing without paying?
Phaze is available for free if you’d just like to test the remote protocol. If you want to start testing the admin panel, you can do that for free up until 25 hours of usage across your enterprise. Sign up here to start using the admin panel.
Can I sign up and self serve?
Please go ahead and get started. You can create your account and your enterprise in our admin portal. Every customer gets 25 hours free to test Phaze out.
