Relay

What's changed

• Hosts and clients configured to use a relay will now probe both the private and public addresses, favoring the private address.

• Added a protocol handler, so administrators can connect directly from the admin panel. This feature requires a re-install.
• USB passthrough added.
• Self-hosted relay server support for routing connections, with separate private (host) and public (client) addresses, online status indicator, and a download button. Set up the relay servers via https://admin.phaze.app.
• Company Single Sign-On added. Configure SSO and SCIM in https://admin.phaze.app.
• Installer command line options got machine key and hostname parameter added, so customers can install Phaze through deployment scripts.
